Live Zoom Meeting

This conversation explores how ancestral knowledge and Indigenous birth practices continue to shape and strengthen modern approaches to care. Rooted in tradition, these practices honor the wisdom passed down through generations—centering community, cultural identity, and holistic wellness in the birthing journey.

Together, we’ll look at how reclaiming these traditions can support Indigenous families today, challenge Westernized systems of care, and create space for more culturally grounded, respectful, and empowering birth experiences. Through this lens, ancestral medicine becomes not just a practice of the past, but a vital pathway toward healing, sovereignty, and future generations’ wellbeing.
